Practical recommendations need a clear basis, not a perfect photograph.
Research-based guidance
Current articles use original scenario-based writing and public information from official retailers and relevant sources. Each guide links to its sources and shows a checked date. We explain everyday selection criteria rather than claiming to have personally bought, worn or tested every item.
What we do not invent
We do not manufacture personal experience, product measurements, numerical ratings, customer reviews, professional qualifications or endorsements. Prices, stock, sizing and policies can change; we direct readers to current official descriptions rather than presenting unverified offers as facts.
Photographs
Licensed photographs illustrate clothing, objects and everyday settings. The credited sources identify the images. A stock scene is not a portrait of our editor, proof of an event or evidence that an item shown is a named retailer’s product.
Shopping criteria
Recommendations explain the reason to consider an option and the tradeoff. Starting with what you already own is often the sensible choice. Current merchant links are ordinary links; commercial arrangements, if introduced, will be disclosed in the affected content.
Corrections
Send the article URL, the inaccurate detail and any reliable supporting information to hello@kellymcneils.com. We consider material corrections against appropriate sources. Publication dates identify when articles entered this journal; substantive updates should change the modification date. We do not backdate a fictional publishing history.
Independence
Kelly McNeils Journal is an independent publication and is not affiliated with Kelly McNelis or Women For One. Our editorial attribution refers to this journal, not to the reference website’s author or business.
